Description This unit is directly below SU 7104 and its soil throughout is much the same, a relatively loose, sandy, yellowish brown with few stone inclusions, mainly in the gravel size range. The soil is slightly more consolidated, though, probably a result of greater depth.

This SU does begin to encounter larger amounts of debris fragments at lower elevations—tile frags, mortar frags, and smallish (4-6cm) sandstone chunks. The overall change is negligible, however, and there haven’t been a change in the soil. The exposed DoA scarp indicates that we have further to go before we encounter concentrated debris—the change is rather obvious in the scarp.

The SU is closed arbitrarily, following Exc. Manuel guideline
