Condition Notes Object is fragmentary but stable. Object sampled for petrography by David Ben-Shlomo (Ariel University) in May 2018. This involved destructive sampling by drilling a small hole into the object. Note by: Melissa Cradic, 1/24/2019.
General Description Fragment of the rim of a closed-mouth, wheelmade ceramic jar. Red fabric with many small white nclusions. Deocrated with incised circles on exterior applied with stamp. Possibly Persian period due to decorative style?
