Description | Locus 1 is constructed of large, hewn sandstone ashlars that are dry laid. It stands one course high and is wider (extends farther to the south) than the late leveling courses and wall above it. It is visibly at least two rows thick. In the east, Locus 1 ends approximately 1.10 m before the late wall above, the latter resting on dirt at its easternmost edge. |
