| Condition | Broken around outline of face, below ears, and on its right side through corner of eye, eliminating hair and ear. Worn. End of nose chipped. |
| Description | See 19680068, but probably same size as 19680222. The details are not clear, except the four teeth in the center of the upper jaw. The tongue worn. The right fangs have an extra piece. The left eye is flattened on the eyeball and outer corner. On the back the curved cover tile scar is outlined by a ridge at the bottom. |
