Condition Extremely worn, broken across shaft.
Description Fragment preserves one end and approximately half of shaft of rocchetto with tapering shaft and very slightly domed end with traces of decoration: stamped designs forming regular depressed areas on top of end - center has large depressed circle, with traces of at least four other depressions arranged around it - the best preserved of these has, arranged from center to raised edges, a thin cross inscribed in it.
Fabric Description Impasto, sandy orange-red possibly burnt mottled brown in spots.
