Description	A fragment of the pointed hat of a seated statue akroterion, preserving a section from the edge of the brim. The fragment is concave in vertical section along a curve from the center of the hat, tapering towards a smooth rounded edge. The edge curves up on either side, viewed from the front; this is a section from the front or back of the hat, as opposed to the upturned, convex curves of the sides of the brim. Possibly belongs to the same hat as the brim fragment 19770291.
