| Condition | Restored from two fragments. All surfaces are extremely worn and abraded; large inclusions visible throughout the fabric, especially on break edges. One large chip is missing due to damage from modern tools used in excavation. |
| Description | Fragment preserves one flat, finished back surface and a highly irregular front surface with what appear to be portions of two strigils of a cavetto, though badly worn. Behind the strigils there is a finished groove on the upper edge of the fragment. |
