Condition Fragment is heavily worn near the terminal in such a way that the spongy matrix is visible and broken laterally through the shaft. Encrusted.
Description A small fragment of a long bone from a small individual, possibly a human neonate or infant. The terminal is not well preserved and the shaft is broken with the outer edges being longer (with respect to the distance from the terminal end) and arcing up to a shorter point roughly at the center of the shaft.
