Condition Broken at both ends, seriously cracked and corroded.
Description Fragment of fibula preserves flat clasp and portion of thin, wire-like bow, decorated with a bone bead. Clasp, now broken, was a thin, folded piece of metal, bow of same piece as clasp, is rectangular in section where it emerges from clasp, but at broken end is round in section. Strung on bow is one bone bead, almost green from contact with the bronze; it is trapezoidal in outline with upper edge cut diagonally, and bottom, smaller edge cut almost straight across, bottom edge is chipped and entire surface is very smooth.
