Description | A fragment of a terracotta pan tile preserving a notched flange. The fragment has a portion of the finished interior of the pan and one flange edge. The top of the flange is 0.01745m in thickness; the flange bumps in towards the pan 0.00683m to create the notch. The notch is preserved to a maximum length of 0.02298m. All break edges are irregular. The exterior face, parallel to the interior of the pan, is unfinished and a slightly irregular flat face. |
