Condition Fragment preserves very worn, pitted, chipped, cracked, and somewhat encrusted surfaces and irregular longitudinal break surfaces, revealing the porous interior of the bone, all mottled in color.
Description A bone fragment, possibly a portion of a humerus, preserves over half of the ball head joint and some of the shaft of the bone. The break surface just under the head displays two parallel horizontal grooves approximately 0.005 m apart, the longest of which is 0.011 m in length.
