| Condition | Broken around outline of face below its right ear, preserving hair and part of antefix backing on its left. Traces of red and blackening. |
| Description | Details are clear. The mouth shows all teeth in the upper jaw and two in the lower left jaw and a groove in the tongue clearly. The right edge of the tongue has an irregular ridge. The outer two strands of the hair were flattened before firing. The raised scar on the back preserves part of the cover-tile. |
