Description | Locus 4 the yellow tinged clay like soil found directly below the topsoil. there is a large increase in material found, in both pottery, bone, and tile. at first the soil contains many small rocks but at lower elevations the number of rocks diminishes. a possible line of rocks began to develop along the eastern side of the extension and seems to be filled with a light packing of small rocks. |
