Condition Broken on all sides. Traces of red paint and of blackening.
Description Preserves part of the end of a cover tile attaching to an antefix. Extra clay has been added to the end on the upper side for attachment to the antefix; grooves and marks made when the clay was smoothed over the join may be seen on the underside.
Fabric Description Coarse clay with bits of stone fired orange-brown, darker on the interior in places. Finer clay than most tiles.
