Description | Sandstone staircase leading from the east adytus maximus floor to the pulpitum floor, west of the center-east pulpitum staircase (see above) and east of the Loa Engaged Column. Like the two pulpitum staircases on the west, it is constructed of four steps, using the pulpitum curb as the lowest step. It is 1.30 m long, and the stairs are 0.65 m wide, 0.24 m high, and 0.24 m deep. The sandstone treads are worn and heavily weathered. |
