Description |
SU 7104 is a surface cleaning SU at the trench’s highest elevation—its southern end. The soil is very loose, fine, sandy and yellowish brown. Ceramic, tile, mortar inclusions were common as well as one group of gypsum frags. Very few stone inclusions. SU closed arbitrarily per excavation manual guidelines and because it is a surface cleaning—still in ploughzone.
