Condition Notes Kernos ring fragment is moderately weathered, especially the right half of the rim which is damaged.
General Description Kernos ring fragment; hollowed, folded-over rim with a hole (made pre-firing) approximately 8 mm in diameter on the top right of rim. Wheel-made, red fabric with dark marks on back from firing. Moderate weathering.

Provenance "R84" is written on the object in pencil. However, none of the millimeter cards dealing with R84 reference this kernos ring fragment. This object comes from a context with limited, mixed material; therefore, the dating is uncertain.
