Description Locus 32 is composed of a sandy dry soil of a Munsell light reddish brown, 5YR6/3 color. During excavation it was filled with large architectural elements that had collapsed from the precinct west.
Abuts The west balk and the west collapse of the West Triple Colonnade Wall as the West Cryptoporticus Wall and the Middle Cryptoporticus Wall with Piers.
Combined with Locus 30.
Top (m) Opening elevation: At Sub datum 71 K or 897.109 m.
Underlies Topsoil.
Phase Description Phase XIV: Modern period marked by Bedouin activity and the accumulation of recent debris.
Size 4.44 m north south-by-5.40 m east west, including the entrance to Cryptoporticus middle piers 3 and 4.
Bottom (m) Closing elevation: - 1.09 m below Sub datum 71 K, or 896.02 m.
