Description High-density artifact scatter at Lakka Skoutara with a concentration of Final Neolithic-Early Helladic material. Material from other periods is also found in the LOCA, as shown by the LOCA collection. Definition of LOCA is based on high concentration of Final Neolithic to Early Helladic pottery as documented in DU walking. This LOCA lies at the lowest point in the Lakka Skoutara basin, just to the West of the central katavothros. It is 250 meters due South of the church of Ayia Aikaterini. Just to the South of the LOCA is a pine forest. See Diacopoulos 2004; Pettegrew and Caraher 2020.
Grid Sampling-Strategy Chronotype-Square (selected a 20m x 20 m square in each DU of the LOCA and performing a total ChronoType collection in that square)
