Description | Well-built stylobate of limestone and sandstone slabs, about 1 m wide and .17 m high, running n-s in the center of the trench, beginning under the first column of the central row of the East Colonnade and ending in front of the exedra. The slabs between the last and second-to-last columns are damaged, but the rest are well-preserved. Intercolumnar walls cover part of the construction. About eight meters of this stylobate are preserved in Trench 52. |
