Condition Broken across both ends; chipped.
Description Fragment of a "cut-out" akroterion preserving section of a thin, curved member; two flat sides, one smooth, one rough; two flat curving edges, unfinished, with a slightly irregular outline; on the smooth side, near one of the breaks, there is an incised groove, 0.005 m wide and 0.004 m deep, cutting obliquely across the member; there is a faint indication of a similar groove right by the other break, parallel to the line of the break.
Fabric Description Murlo terracotta, fired light orange brown on surface; traces of a light red slip on the sides and outer edge.
