Description The fragment preserves parts of three molded strips which narrow at one end. Their surfaces are convex on the outside surface and concave on the inside, forming a scalloped pattern in cross-section. The inside surface is smooth, but the outside surface has thin irregular ridges running the length of the strips.
Fabric Description Coarse clay with a polished brown surface; appears light brown to black on the breaks, red below the surface on chipped areas.
