| Condition | Glued from several fragments. Its right side is missing above the ear and eye and along the outline of the face below the ear. Traces of red especially in the mouth, the corners of the eyes, and below the left ear; blackening. |
| Description | The details in the mouth and on the nose are clear. The left ear and the lower part of the right lobe of the nose are flattened. There is a scrape in the hair above the ear on the left. The tile scar on the back is grayish. |
