Description This locus is one of seven loci (2, 3, 4, 27, 23, 25, 28) which together comprise the eastern wall of the East Corridor Wall. Finely dressed sandstone and limestone ashlars compose the casemate wall. Excavation of Trench 64 had exposed the first 7.10 m. The wall is four courses high. The courses of the wall consist of alternating headers and stretchers. The average size of the headers is 0.36 m-by-0.33 m, and the average size of the stretchers is 1.38 m-by-0.45 m.
