Condition Fragment is worn, abraided, and encrusted. Friable and heavily delaminated as if the fragment is made of two different kinds of clay or in two different events and in either case not well joined interior to exterior. Little of the exterior finish survives. Consolidated from two pieces.
Description An impasto rocchetto head fragment, preserving a portion of the shaft as well. The fragment has a partially preserved exterior and a partially preserved interior core. The top of the head and its edge are broken. The head fragment tapers in a concave curve into the shaft.
