| Condition | Its left ear is missing and its right ear is fragmentary. Part of the sima on its right is preserved. Traces of red and blackening. |
| Description | The spout is rather small. The mouth is roughly pentagonal, although the upper lip, hanging down over the opening, is thicker on its right side than on its left. The side holes are large. The lower jaw slants down from the backing, but is flattened at its end. The nose leans to its left. |
