Description | The large, slanting, almond-shaped eyes dominate the narrow face. The long nose has nostrils. The mouth is open. It curves up at the top and is flat at the bottom. A fang, on either side of the mouth, extends from the upper to the lower jaw, thus forming an opening at each side of the mouth. The bottom is smooth. The back is rough where the spout broke away from its sima plaque. |
