Description | Locus 2 is a layer of fill (soil color Munsell 7.5 YR 4/6) that contains large, even distribution of roof tiles. Over 700 roof tiles or fragments thereof were recovered from this locus alone. Unlike the overlying collapse level, this locus contained no large ashlars or other masonry fragments. |
