Description | The soil from this second fluvial layer is a Pale Red (Munsell 7.5 YR 6/3) and is similar in levels and composition to Locus 8. Locus 9 contains the area immediately under the level of the stacked stones (Locus 14) on both sides of the stones. Loose sandy soil with small inclusions. |
