Condition Fragment preserves worn, pitted, and encrusted surfaces and a substantial fresh break surface revealing numerous large white and black inclusions.
Description A coarseware fragment preserves one rounded, finished end that folds downward and curves slightly concavely before a break surface. A small part of a finished under surface is preserved. The flat exterior surface is slightly depressed, then flares outward to a break edge, perhaps indicating a point of attachment. The side bears a deep, finished ovular pit that does not pierce it all the way through, possibly indicating it as a nose fragment with nostril.
