Field Description A series of interbedded layers of gray apatitic ash and dark brown, looser sediment. Near the base of the sample is a thick (approximately 2 cm) layer of white classified ash. Inclusions of terra Rosa, Bone and charcoal are visible throughout the sample.
Additional Notes Vary small circular voids are also visible, possible root casts or insect burrows?
