Condition Broken on all sides; worn; slightly encrusted.
Description Single sherd with little curve from thin-walled vessel; has both painted and incised decoration: five rows of vertical scallops, approximately parallel above two inverted triangles, the tips of which touch two almost parallel down-curving lines which surmount three and four vertical strokes, respectively - effect is vaguely similar to the breast and feet of a bird; painted - entire exterior surface has traces of dark (reddish-black?) paint over the design; interior too worn to determine painting.
