Description Locus 2 is composed of four water channels cut directly into the bedrock and covered with a grayish (5YR5/1) hydraulic plaster. It is hewn directly out of the bedrock; no toolmarks, however, remain visible. The channels themselves extend approximately 1.50 m southward from the south face of the South Corridor Wall. Each channel is approximately 0.10 m wide east west, with a space between each channel. These spaces are 0.12 m, 0.10 m, and 0.12 m wide, respectively from east to west. The total combined width east west of the channels and the space between them is approximately 1.00 m. The removal of the hydraulic plaster from the westernmost channel revealed bedding for a lead pipe.
Top (m) Opening elevation: 905.24 m.
