Has note	The Poggio Civitate Excavation Project focused excavations at different locales in the commune of Murlo, Italy. Ancient settlement was not limited to Poggio Civitate itself, but extended to other locales in the immediate vicinity of the hill. Excavations in Vescovado di Murlo revealed occupation contemporary with at least the Archaic phases at Poggio Civitate, as well as later periods.
