Condition Entire, with large chip missing from; bottom; cracked; surfaces worn.
Description Loom weight is elongated, trapezoidal prism of slightly irregular contours, with single, oval hole pierced near top (0.022 m and 0.018 m from top on opposite sides). Surfaces are uneven with small indentations, and flare out slightly at the bottom. Set diagonally on the top (smallest) surface of weight is incised Etruscan letter. No other surface decoration.
Fabric Description Resembles Murlo architectural terracottas on exterior, but interior is softer clay, light orange in color.
