Condition Entire, missing only chips, from rim and body; glued from 41 sherds.
Description Large pot with flat, round base, and round rim, which is slightly thicker and rounded on top, spreading slightly thicker and rounded on top, spreading slightly to merge with body in three shallow, approximately finger-wide grooves; body of pot bulges slightly below rim (where grooves are) then tapers sharply down to small base. Contours, e.g. of rim slightly uneven; note numerous finger-marks in interior. No other surface decoration, other than the parallel horizontal grooves.
Fabric Description Impasto, black throughout, base only light orange, micaceous; dull finish.
