Description | Trapezoidal piece of worked bone. The object consists of two high thin flanges. The flanges are produced by a deep interior cut. Each flange is widest and thickest at the attachment to the lower element and tapers in width to the top edges, which are finished but worn. The front and back faces are rounded convex and meet at an angle at the bottom of the lower element. The bottom edge is also curved. Two small round holes, near the narrow end, on through one face, are aligned with corresponding holes on the opposite face. The two sides are also finished. The object may be part of a handle. |
