Title Painted Orangeware Fragment
Primary photo False
Photo Type Cataloged Artifact
Photo ID 7393
Album ID 0
Description The portion preserves a fragment of painted orangeware with two finished faces and a slight curve. One face has no visible trace of paint, and preserves a slight ridge approximately 0.016 m in length. Traces of red paint are visible on the other surface, but not enough is preserved to discern a decorative pattern. At the curved break edge of the painted surface the beginning of an upward curve is preserved. On the underside of the fragment is a large portion of applied clay which suggests the juncture point between the neck and shoulder of an oinochoe.
