Description This is the most complete rosette found so far. It appears to have been made to fit into a hole in a section of a sima, for the back projection seems to have been intended to be inserted into something (compare with rosette on sima 19660175; see also sima 19660054). In the center of the rosette is a dot about 0.014 m in diameter, tilted slightly (to be seen more clearly from below?); from it radiate eight fluted petals which terminate in a definite, even, flat rim.
