Description | The exterior surfaces of two of the nine associated fragments preserve incised decoration. On one fragment, the exterior surface displays a single, linear incision. This incision borders two adjacent edges, making a right turn at the corner where the two edges meet. On the other fragment, a linear incision borders one edge. This frames an intricate design, possibly in the form of a meander pattern. All other fragments appear to preserve only interior portions of the ivory. |
