Description | A concave area, 0.0145 m in diameter surrounds the hole in the base. The rest of the base slopes up to the point of maximum diameter where it meets the sides of the cone at a definite edge. On this sloping part of the base, a design was stamped four times, the ends of one impression just touching those of its neighbors. The design consists of four rows of squarish dots arranged with the top of the most curved one just reaching the edge of the concave area; the last one barely a curve at all near the edge of the base. |
