This spreadsheet is updated and replaced by this newer dataset. This Excel spreadsheet describes lead isotope ratios for ore samples from selected regions in the Mediterranean basin that have been implicated in Phoenician silver-trade prior to colonization. The data originated from several published sources that are itemized in Thompson and Skaggs 2013. The data in this spreadsheet link ore samples to archaeological finds in the form of Hacksilber. This project dataset is still under development and review! The fully published data will contain additional records as well as more detailed geospatial information. |
