July 17, 1969

Work continued in the E side of CA 28, including the clearing of underbrush from along the E edge. An increase in charcoal mixed with the soil was apparent in the two northernmost meters of the E side, the same region where many animal bones were found. The pottery (2 boxes) remained of gook quality. We collected 7 boxes of tiles and also:
