Morning's excavation continued the 25 cm. cut rhough grids alpha-delta/16-18.  A smaller cut of 15 cm was made in grids gamma-delta/15-17 to preserve a  yellowish soil change. In grids gamma/17-18, there are present many small stones and several large ones - the packing seems to turn a corner and extend to the west.  There is a concentration of pottery in grids Z-beta/16, and very little in grids gamma-delta/15-18.  A badly burned coarse ware pot in many pieces was found in gamma 17 amid small stones.
