STRATEGY: Strategy is to remove the wall on the NE corner.

SUMMARY: In order to check whether f66 makes a corner and goes northwards, we decided to remove the stone group that we suspended at the NE corner of the trench. After removing the stones we began digging in the the lot underneath them (1770). At the depth of 99.34 we found several pieces of baked brick. In this lot we found 4 sling balls (sf 621, 622, 623, 625) and a stone object (sf 620). We also excavated Burial X and Burial VIII. For Burial X we used lot 1771 and Burial IX lot 1772. Burial IX turned out to be merely a scatter of bones, but was retained to avoid confusion. At the end now, we have a building at least with two rooms. Smaller one was called f162, bigger one f163.
