Opening Elevations: Students:
- NW: 99cm Below Datum Point Andrew
- NE: 89.5cm BD
- SW: 90cm BD
- SE: 67.5cm BD

Tools: pick axe, trowels, buckets, wheelbarrow, brushes, plumb bob, line level, tape measure
Soil: gray/brown claylike in locus 2- patches of yellow/brown loose soil revealed for locus 3
Passes: 1 pick pass through locus 2 beginning in the south
Pick pass through the trench revealed beginning of locus 3 in the south end of the trench. The trench slopes from south to north, in the north end of the trench definitely still in locus 2- searching for the transition to locus 3.
12:30pm -3:30pm
Tools: pick axe, trowels, buckets, wheelbarrow
Soil: gray/brown claylike in locus 2 and yellow/brown soil in locus 3
In an effort to locate the northern end of locus 3 picked through northern 1/3 of the trench. Reached the bottom of the rock layer which is found near the top of locus 2 as seen in the southern baulk wall.
Closing Elevations:
- NW: 104cm Below Datum Point
- NE: 95cm BD
- SW: 95cm BD
- SE: 67.5cm BD
Terracotta: 2/3 bowl
Pottery: 6 pcs incl. 2 rims and 3 bases
Other: 2 pcs bone
