Finished removing backfill and removed plastic from trench.
Began trimming baulk in Z-beta/13. This produced 1/6 cassetta of small tile and plaster fragments, as well as 3/4 latte box of pottery and bone. A piece of worked stone was found in Z/13.

Continued trimming baulk in Y-gamma/13, producing 1 3/4 latte boxes of pottery and bone and 1/4 cassette of tile and plaster fragments. A fragment of painted pottery (#2) was discovered during the course of work.
