Continued clearing WX/57 with hand tools in order to better define the plaster mass area outside the wall. The plaster mass rises approximately 7 cm between WX/56 and WX/57. The exposed area does include fragments of pan and cover tile. The dirt here is loose and has a heavy plaster content. No significant pottery was found in this area.

A topsoil cut was begun in meters UV/53, 54, and 55. The cut was 30 cm deep; the soil was loose, brown, and had a heavy concentration of large rocks. One cassette of tile fragments was found.

A second cut was begun in meters UV/53-54 measuring 15 cm. A few tile fragments were recovered in this cut. There were no finds.
