The cut in E-F/68-70 was taken down to a depth of ca. 60-70cm. The soil was dark brown in color and contained a heavy concentration of rocks. These rocks forma dense rock pack which extends throughout the base of the trench. One cassetta of worn pieces of tile and a few fragments of coarse pottery were discovered in the cut.

The cut in E-F/68-70 was taken down to a depth of ca. 65-75cm. Large amounts of both small and large rocks continued to be encountered throughout the cut. The soil was dark brown in color and contained many roots. A large stump in E/70 prevented the complete excavation of this meter. One cassetta of worn pieces of tile, consisting almost exclusively of pan tile, and a few pieces of coarse pottery were discovered in the cut.
The trench was extended south to meters G-H/68-70 where a topsoil cut was made to a depth of ca. 10cm. The excavation of meters G-H/68-70 will now link the area of T-27 presently being excavated with that area formerly excavated in 1985.
