Baulks were trimmed and the stone packing in meters E126-128, S19 was defined. The packing maintained the designation locus 10 and occurred at meters E125.40-127.70, S19. It runs south approximately 1 meter and the stones are most densely packed in E126, S19.
It was decided to remove the packing in these meters to investigate its contents and to provide stratigraphic information. The soil within the packing was light yellowish-brown with occasional carbon flecks and was given the same designation as the packing (locus 10). Little material was recovered from
this work. A fragment of a rochetto was designated find #1.
The packing of stones was photographed before and during excavation.

Stone packing in meters E126-128, S19 continued to be removed. During this work several large stones were noted beneath the stones removed from the packing. These stones maintained the designation locus 10 and occurred at an approximate depth of 75-85cm.b.d. The greatest concentration of stones occurred in E127-128, S19. The packing was cleaned and defined.
A pick cut was begun in E125, S19 in order to obtain stratigraphic information regarding the stone formation in meters E126-128, S19. The soil was yellowish-brown with small stones scattered throughout. This was given the designation locus 11.
Approximately 10 worn pieces of terracotta were recovered from this work, as well as 36 pieces of ceramic and bone.
Work in locus 10 yielded 20-25 pieces of terracotta and 1/2 latte box of ceramic and bone.
